Hello and welcome to another Pootles Colour Challenge!
These are the colours that were chosen this week
I really like these colours and think they look great together! I had a few ideas on what to create and I have had the “Swirly Bird” stamp set and the framelits die set that goes with it, “Swirly Scribbles”, for a while and I havent really had a chance to play with it yet, so this was my chance!
I made the base card from Crumb Cake and added a layer with Rich Razzleberry before putting on the front layer of whisper white. I decided to die cut the two swirls in Rich Razzleberry as then they would really stand out. I used the three pink colours to make a pattern with some of the lovely stamps from the stamp set. The sentiment is from a stamp set called “flourishing phrases” which has some lovely sentiments.
I finished my card off by adding some pearls to highlight a few of the flowers.
I enjoyed making this card and having a play with this lovely stamp set – if you click on the images at the bottom you can have a closer look at the stamp set and the die set that goes with it!

Hi everyone and welcome to this months Pootlers Blog Hop!
The theme for this months blog hop is “New Products” to celebrate the launch of the new Autumn/Winter catalogue – which has been really hard to do as there is so much choice!
One thing I like about many of the products is that they are not necessarily “seasonal” and can be switched up to use throughout the year.
My favourite stamp set so far is “Totally Trees”, its a great little stamp set that gives you so many options, so I decided to choose this to feature today. I love it because it has a “two step stamp” feature – you can stamp the branch and trees and then you have plenty of choic eas to what leaves you add.
I though these two colours, Rich Razleberry and Mint Macaron, work beautifully together. The Mint Macaron Ribbon is part of a three ribbon set in the new catalogue. And, of course, I always like to add a bit of bling, so these sequins were just right.
I hope you have enjoyed my project, please make sure that you use the buttons below to hop to the blogs before and after.
Enjoy the rest of the Blog Hop!

Welcome to another Pootles’ Colour Challenge! This weeks colours were:
I found this challenge a little tricky at first as they are not colours that I would normally have put together. I also had in mind that I needed to make a thank you card this week so I decided to use this to put these colours together. I went to my favourite thank you set – “One Big Meaning”.
I was quite pleased with the way this card turned out and realised that these colours go beautifully together. I hope you like the end result – maybe you will feel inspired to have a go at the colour challenge yourself!
